I help people through some of life’s most difficult moments, whether it’s lifting the heaviness of depression, helping you break free from guilt and food struggles, navigating a relationship or guiding you through the pain of grief and endings.
We will work together in a safe space that allows you to explore what is happening so you can make sense of your experiences and with this new understanding and my 21 years of experience, we will uncover the path for you to move towards calm and real lasting change, allowing you to be in your life as the best version of you.
